Kingsley Obiukwu is a prominent Nigerian businessman, socio-economic specialist, and hospitality expert who has made a significant impact on the African business landscape. Born and raised in Nigeria, Kingsley developed an early interest in entrepreneurship, which he pursued with passion and dedication.
He is also a renowned philanthropist, using his wealth and influence to support various causes that promote social justice, equality, and human dignity.
Kingsley’s entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of his first business venture, an online commerce platform. Over time, he expanded his business portfolio, venturing into the real estate and hospitality sectors. Today, Kingsley is the Executive Director of a real estate and hospitality conglomerate, which has employed over a thousand staff, both local and international.
In 2018, Kingsley co-founded the Great Margaret Advancement Initiatives (GMAI), a social enterprise that offers innovative and tailored socio-economic projects to help African cities harness the opportunities of urbanization. Through GMAI, Kingsley and his team have implemented various projects aimed at improving the quality of life for African communities, including healthcare initiatives, education programs, and infrastructure development projects.
